Guest guest
I am also a newbie and just purchased two books. The Body Ecology and The Candida Albicans Yeast-Free Cookbook. So far, I like both of them including the recipes. I am taking what I feel is helpful from both books. The Body Ecology focuses on cultures, fermenting and food combining and the other stays aways from fermented products. I am creating a nice balance of both. I also found some juice recipes in The Juice Lady's Guide To Juicing For Health. Nice to have since not many fruits are allowed at first. Here's some juicer recipes: Cranberry-Apple Cocktail 2 organic granny smith apples 1/4 cup cranberries (put cranberries in juicer with apple on top before you turn it on) 1/4 small or med organic lemon add 1/2 cup water to juice at the end AntiViral Cocktail 1 organic granny smith apple 1 turnip 1 handful watercress 5 carrots 1 large clove garlic Ginger twist 1 handful parsley 5 carrots 1-inch piece ginger root 1/2 small or med lemon (can have peel on if organic) Pure Green Sprout Drink 1 organic cucumber 1 large handful sunflower sprouts 1 small handful of buckwheat sprouts 1 small handful clover sprouts ~Tara Carolyn Greene <plotdoctor@...> wrote: . Is there a " best " candida diet book? I'm just starting out,and there are so many choices I don't know where to begin.
