I am aware that antibiotics or any type of medicine is not recommended, but will it have a big effect on my improvement? Happy New Year. I decided to go off of it for a couple of months to give my body some rest. My sister, who just starting taking acidophilus just finished her cycle, but noticed her period appearing again a couple of days after starting the new pack.
