Lorraine: For building muscle, eggs are about 30% better than than

rice protein. Cooked food doesn't contain concentrated glutathione

precursors. You would probably notice a real difference with an

antioxidant program thats includes at least vitamin C E and D selenium

lipoic acid and n-acetylcysteine 250-500 mg a few times a day to take

into account its short half life. (in addition to good food).
