Now you've got the selenium and undenatured whey; consider your

chronic arsenic exposure. You can get some figures from the

government; if you're in the USA here are data sources on selenium

values in groundwater on this site.

The point is, arsenic depletes selenium and selenium is crucial. If

you're over about 5 PPB arsenic in your drinking water you'll need

400-600 mcg selenium instead of 200-400 mcg to keep a firm rein on

this metabolic suppressor.
