Guest guest Posted January 4, 2007 Report Share Posted January 4, 2007 Hi Keen, Olive oil is a monosaturated oil and yes, I agree that as long as you get enough O-3 to balance the O-6, it's a healthy oil. Speaking of fats that can be difficult to digest for some people, my digestive system rebels when I eat raw organic coconut oil. Unfortunately, I love its flavor.
