Guest guest
Look at the kind of digestive enzyme. My husband takes Digest Gold by Enzymedica (made in the US). It is expensive (especially for us, what with the exchange rate), but it seems to be the only digestive enzyme that has worked for him. Keen How to improve digestion? Just a little background - have had digestive problems for abt the past 15 years. Would get very sick with diverticulitis often and could not eat raw vegetables at all. As soon as I went on the candida diet I no longer had any symptoms of diverticulitis and can eat as many raw vegetables I want without seeming to cause any problems. However, I know I am still not digesting properly as I will see undigested particles of food in my stool. I've tried taking digestive enzymes but didn't notice that they helped. What else can I do to try to improve my digestion. I follow the candida diet pretty strictly with all the supplements. I do think I need to look at getting a different probiotic than what I'm taking, but other than that ???? Thanks. Gail
