Guest guest
Duncan Is it better to go to a naturopathic or doctor? Now you've got the selenium and undenatured whey; consider your chronic arsenic exposure. You can get some figures from the government; if you're in the USA here are data sources on selenium values in groundwater on this site. http://codebluewate <http://codebluewater.com> r.com The point is, arsenic depletes selenium and selenium is crucial. If you're over about 5 PPB arsenic in your drinking water you'll need 400-600 mcg selenium instead of 200-400 mcg to keep a firm rein on this metabolic suppressor. A lot of them don't know anything about the things we discuss on this list, for example undenatured whey, coconut oil, colloidal silver, liver flushes, or that whole grains are bad for dysbiosis. That said, try to get a naturopath or advanced or complementary medicine doctor who is recommended by several people, and ask the right questions about the valididty of those recommendations.
