Guest guest
This describes my sinus problems almost exactly! I am just beginning the diet and trying hard to stick to it. Is it that the yeast infection has 'settled' in the sinuses? How long did it take for you to see improvement with your sinuses from the diet? Guest guest
HI all, I am just now starting the candida diet, and sinus problems is what led me to try this. I would be very interested in hearing what others experience has been with improved sinuses after being on this program. My major problem is chronic nasal and chest congestion. I really can't stand it anymore! Thanks, Elaine --- Krtil <ckrtil@...> wrote: > This describes my sinus problems almost exactly! I > am > just beginning the diet and trying hard to stick to > it. Guest guest
Elaine, I have found that being treated for Candida and following the diet has greatly improved my sinus and chest congestion. I'm not sure if it was giving up the dairy, gluten or the wine (probably a combo of all 3!!) but I'm not even taking my daily allergy medication anymore. I only get congested when I cheat on the diet. Hope it helps you as well.
