I think you'll be pleased with using the neti pot. For infection, I would

definitely use colloidal silver - or, you can try Lugol's iodine. You can get

this from your pharmacy (probably) or you can make your own. Google Dr Hulda

and look on her site for the recipe. It burns initially, but not for

long...
