Gail, yes, it seems there's the source of the burps. Glad we've dealt

with it. Mechanical agitation also breaks down the glutathione

precursors in the whey. If you're going to blend the whey don't do it

for long or on high-speed, and it's best if you don't blend it at all

because it increases waste.

Duncan, I just received Yarrow's Undenatured Whey and was planning to

blend it in a smoothie. How IS the best way to take it? And how

much should I take?

I am dairy intolerant, but I'm going to give this a try. I'm waiting

for the selenium to be delivered. Will these items help to alkalize

one's body?

If you blend the whey into a smoothie you could add it last and pulse

it just enough to stir it. I use a 36-gram scoop for mine.

Yes, undenatured whey is alkalizing.
