Guest guest
Gail, yes, it seems there's the source of the burps. Glad we've dealt with it. Mechanical agitation also breaks down the glutathione precursors in the whey. If you're going to blend the whey don't do it for long or on high-speed, and it's best if you don't blend it at all because it increases waste. Guest guest
Oh, I didn't know that about mixing it. I'm glad I posted this so I can do it the right way now. Thanks. Guest guest
Duncan, I just received Yarrow's Undenatured Whey and was planning to blend it in a smoothie. How IS the best way to take it? And how much should I take? I am dairy intolerant, but I'm going to give this a try. I'm waiting for the selenium to be delivered. Will these items help to alkalize one's body? Thanks! gg > > > > When I make my undenatured way drink I process it in my blender and > it > > gets all frothy and foamy - lots of little air bubbles. Guest guest
If you blend the whey into a smoothie you could add it last and pulse it just enough to stir it. I use a 36-gram scoop for mine. Yes, undenatured whey is alkalizing. Duncan > > Duncan, I just received Yarrow's Undenatured Whey and was planning to > blend it in a smoothie.
