That was not nutrtious for even animals . By DR Ted Broer. Jo -------------- Original message -------------- From: " Duncan Crow " <duncancrow@...> Hi Lorraine, look for " undenatured " whey that has not been cooked, or at least if it has been cooked, then good parts filtered out and reclaimed; the good parts are detailed near the bottom of my cold procedssed whey page: http://tinyurl.com/cuzcc This will apply to goat whey too. You'll still need inulin, chicory or other high-inulin source in your diet as well; here's a post I sent out today that summarizes the gist of a plan. All the information on dysbiosis and a purchase point for inulin are here: http://members.shaw.ca/duncancrow/inulin_prebiotic_probiotic.html here's a short unbreakable url too: http://tinyurl.com/2m29z I'd also suggest the probability of poor digestion because of hypochlorhydria, which is insufficient stomach acid production that dysbiosis causes via malabsorption of some crucial vitamins and minerals. You'll need several capsules of betaine HCL with each meal to acidify the stomach contents, also vitamin C, E, and D, b- complex vitamins, selenium, magnesium and zinc, and cod-liver oil at a bit more than a normal doses to allow for the malabsorption. Use undenatured whey to reduce inflammation and toxin irritation of the bowel lining. Here's a link to the whey and references: http://tinyurl.com/cuzcc Duncan > > Hello Duncan, I am new to this list, and am interested in the earlier > discussions about whey protein.
