Guest guest
I'm new to Kefir and I've been using Helios Kefir for about a week now...about 4 cups a day. I have Crohn's Disease but have been in remission for quite sometime using the SCD diet.(Low Carb) Anyway, I started using Kefir in order to clear up severe and chronic indigestion that my diet was not addressing. I recently have noticed blood when I go to the bathroom. I have not had that in years. Could this be " good " sign? Also, I wrote a post a few hours ago about allergies flaring up after I drink Kefir. Are these things related? Anyone else experienced this? Could Candida die-off cause bleeding? -Brett
