Undenatured whey is the correct product to buy for health. Cooked whey protein is about 26% better than beef and about the same as eggs in biological value. Your source is incorrect in saying that cooked whey powder is not nutritious for animals; probably a NotMilk quote -- they'll say anything regardless of the facts.
