Guest guest
You might put down that they should call them first and then come to this page and print this off. You go to http://www.merck.com/responsibility/pap-information.html?WT.svl=footer Then click on Commit to care and it brings up a PDF file. You print that and it will tell you what copies of what you need to send in like copies of paychecks or insurance cards ect... Then fill out the form and send it in. Add those numbers phone number and fax numbers above this. If you call them they send you a packet first. Or call the Be In Charge Program and they have links to this in their packets. That is where I got this info. http://www.beincharge.com/bic/application Do you have the Be IN Charge Program listed? This is what our doctor goes through Don. That is as far as I am right now. So well see. Hope that helps. Results negative. Darn; not that I want a new problem but at least there is a tx for that...there isn't any tx for Renaulds syndrome without Cryo. So, Dr wants to test B-12 level and Thyriod. I have to go back for labs after two weeks of not taking the B-12 supplements. Dr says those two things can have this symptom with hands and feet.Told him that I need an anti-dep; don't " feel" depressed, just wanna kill people . Oopps, probably not the right choice of words! Told him I just have NO patience and very irratable, that other drivers are stupid!, that nothing ever cooperates!, and Damn! I hate going to Walmart!! That poor Hubby just tells the chihuahua to be still and quiet... Mommy a little upset, Shhhh...Anyway, Dr typed A LOT into his laptop(???) and prescribed Cymbalta. Anybody tried it? And for pain he prescribed Darvon. Kinda old drug, Darvon. Doubt that it is Liver-Friendly at all, but I won't be taking it often... Especially if it knocks me out like i'm afraid it will.I wish I had a GP that was educated about HepC and Tx. This Dr is pretty good. This was the only dr in the area that would accept me as a new patient. I " interviewed" several before getting in to this one. The others weren't willing to take on such a complicated patient. In retrospect, I hope the Cymbalta works well. Don't think I should do tx while having these " rage/ temper" issues. My BFF concerned cause sometimes anti-deps make issues worse. Altho we laugh, she is afraid I will act out on my " temper". I just want this " stressed" feeling inside me to settle down. Oh, BTW, no smokes since Sunday. So, quess I can lay them down again. I almost feel like it is worth it if smoking " calms" me. But, I think there was a connection between smoking again & how sick/ weak I was last week. So, no more for now... , did you say that you are trying to get help with co pays of tx meds?? Are you getting anywhere with that??Okay, I have rambled on long enough. If you have experience with Cymbalta , weigh in ... Everyone be well and be wise...Breathing deep and slowly, relax.
