Oh and my Kirkman order stuck in customs more than 2 weeks, I so hate running out of stuff - means I'm as bad as NC.

and I missed lunch, there I feel better now. New years resolution No1, get to Di & Daves for weekend!

Yep, weekend good but as well as that, perhaps some of us old gits should get together for a centreparc spa night or something disgustingly decadent? Think we have all earned it!! Hang in there Mandi, sounds like you have every reason to be stressed, so deep breath, big bar of something and CSI! Di x

Hope you're less stressed now Mandi. Might be old stress just running back to

slap you in the chops and remind you of its presence. You've not exactly had a

mundane couple of years... :-))

Really dull but...

I go for a swim or a really aggressive walk up a steep hill. It's not chocolate

admittedly but I dont' find chocolate relaxing. I love it but it gives me a

sugar rush. I also avoid wine like the plague when I'm stressed now - could

neck a bottle without noticing, which doesnt help at all.

Any kind of exercise, particularly if it's windy, and I get less stressed. If I

worked more sensible hours I'd buy a dog - we all spend long hours with autism

and long hours on computers trying to find solutions and it's rubbish for stress

levels.

Funny book - works for me. I seem to have read everything n Keyes has

written and just demolished 2 Coren books which were hilarious.

Scrabble on Facebook - although people keep beating me but it's something other

than the big A to focus on. (In my case it's the big A and the big M (money) at

present :-( ) Farmville on Facebook is very therapeutic, particularly as you

never have to slaughter your animals, you just gather milk and horsehair etc.

I'm growing Sunflowers at the moment on Farmville... Sorry, got carried away

with bucolic whatever there.

Or accept it's a crappy, shitty, stressful day and tomorrow will be better.

Which is sometimes quicker

Hi Mandi,

Sending you hugs. Alcohol, cigs , coffee make me worse . I can get quite

jittery. What helps me is getting out even a half hour walk, away from home and

talking to people , maybe just a couple of sentences with someone who has no

idea of autism .

Hope you feel less stressed soon !

So, tomorrow is another day. I will make it a glorious day. I will look for

something another day. I will just bask in another sunny, HOT Oklahoma summer

day. Peace Out .

Hi Trudy

First thing - here is a great BIG DON HUG.

HUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG G

Everything is going to be ok.

Have faith that it will.

Working it all out is stressful, I know, but things DO tend to work out.

I believe that our higher power is making sure that we land in the right place, each according to his or her needs.

Please think about this.

Who knows why things happen, but we always end up ok, I believe.

Im glad you didnt pull your teeth.

You would end up like me, spitting when you talk, and drooling when you eat.

LOL :-)

Hang in there my friend.

Something will land in your lap.

You will see.

love

Well, Hubs and I decided to look for a place to rent while I do tx; this RV is great but not a place for that. I don't want the added expense of rent and utilities again, but must be in better surrondings to accomadate tx. We found a sweet farm house in the peaceful countryside with everything and more we could ask for. Owner said he wanted to sell on contract(yea! ) and only 4 grand to enter legal contract. It is move in ready. Did I mention it has a garden area and small fruit orchard and roses by the front porch( with porch swing)? It speaks to my soul. And a great oppotunity at only four grand . Has a nice two bed, two bath mobile on corner acre included that rents for five hundred a month so that helps with the low 800. monthly payment. Good well and propane so only an electric bill. And great cell/ Internet service.he really likes us so dropped it to two grand down. And I can't come up with the 2 grand! Not quick enough.

Heartbroken: ( Stressingabout it. Smoked two packs cigs after quitting for two years. So disappointed. In a funk. Can't muster the heart to look again. Praying about it. Did I also mention it has what would make a great quilt studio?? Curses! Been a bad rollercoaster coupla days. Fyi: I didn't pull those teeth... Don't want to look like the Beverly Hillbillies. ( more stress). I need a hug. A big one. In the doldrums, Trudy in what coulda been OK http://facebook. com/people/ andTrudy- Kinsey/134046087 7 " "A well- behaved woman never made history"...Mae Westhttp://oktravels. wordpress.
