Guest guest
Hi Debbie What this article is basically saying is that amino acids will help a person on HCV TX achieve SVR [sustained viral responce]. This study combines diet and medicine. Some amino acids are necessary in our diet, for our body to function correctly. The more complete our diet is, the better health we have. [stronger immune system] The better health we have, the better our bodies can fight to heal us. The better our bodies can fight to heal us, the better our chances are on any treatment plan. click this link, and read section 3: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amino_acid#In_human_nutrition Most doctors are not nutritional experts. A nutritional expert studies how nutrition helps our bodies. The combination of conventional treatment, and diet, increases our success rate in achieving SVR. Thus, diet is VERY important weither you are on treatment, or not. I hope this helps you understand better. love don in ks From: debbiel21 <debbiel@...>Subject: [ ] Re: Amino acid substitution in HCV core region and genetic variation near IL28B gene predict viral response to telaprevir with peginterferon and ribavirin Date: Tuesday, May 4, 2010, 2:30 AM Hi DonI have hep c genotype 1a and thinking bout doing treatment.
