Guest guest
Maybe almond milk, but why are you drinking it may I ask? Black currant comes just like EPO, but contains twice the amount of fatty acids per 500mg. Sorry to say, the products you are taking are not very beneficial for you with all the sugar they contain. Could you use capsules and maybe empty them into juice? Harmonia is like Greens +, but it's designed by and blood type specific. No stevia in harmonia, but it tastes good. Check it out on my e store here: http://foodforyourbloodn.goemerchant7.com <http://foodforyourbloodn.goemerchant7.com/> Love - Vitamins , You truly are a wealth of information! Thank you for your help! Hmmm... if no soy milk at all, what is an alternative? As for black currant - will I find that in an oil capsule? It has the same positive effects for women that primrose oil has? The calcium I take Is Caltrate Plus (chewables), The Vitamin C is Nature Made Vitamin C (chewables - 500 mg), and the multi-vitamin is Quest multi-vitamin with Ester C. What is the difference between Harmonia and Greens Plus? Does Harmonia come in the same format (a powder to mix with water). If so, is it " flavoured " ? As for swallowing pills, I'm slowly getting better... but I don't swallow them well at all. If they're small, I'm sometimes able to. I know it's all in my head... but that doesn't help me swallow them! LOL Arlene > Best not to use soy milk on a daily basis even if it is unsweetened. . > What kind of calcium and C? > Primrose oil is an avoid - use black currant instead. > Greens plus - once you used it up, switch to HARMONIA. > > You can't swallow any pills? Guest guest
For non secretors. Harmonia's ingredients are superior to Greens plus. Guest guest
I don't have soy milk very often, and not on it's own... but I have had it hot with some organic chocolate on occasion, as a treat. I've also used it as a replacement in the odd thing I've cooked. Giving up milk wasn't a hardship for me, the cheese however - that's another story! I also bought soygurt as a replacement for yogurt (again, to have on occasion). Yes, I suppose I could get capsules and empty them into juice... though don't know if the multi-vitamin, vitamin c and calcium come in capsules. I will have to check that out. I do a lot of my shopping at this store (though their website doesn't seem to be very current): http://www.alternativesmarket.com/ I will have to check out Harmonia - do you sell that? I can see I have some more " replacing " to do in my diet and in my vitamin plan. Thanks again for your guidance and wisdom - it is truly appreciated! Guest guest
Forgot to point out that I sell rose hips (cut & sifted) that is superior to any tablet/caps.
