Hubby said a few weeks ago he wanted to go to gym( his age catching up with him lol/ I married a younger fella lol) Since he has never been he wants my expertice and instruction. Great ! I said...2weeks ago. Even last week I looked forward to it. I haven't been in gym since last fall when Fibro started kicking my butt. So, now that the bottom has dropped out in regards to my fatigue, weakness, BP etc. TODAY HE WANTS TO GO !! Damn! I want to help him so I will try....but this is SUCH bad timing!
