Ok, guys/ gals, I'm gonna try to describe or explain something in a way that

makes sense and if anybody else " feels " this, please let me know. Or any

ideas?? I have experienced this for about 2-3 years... Out of no where( meaning,

I haven't found any trigger) I get a very uncomfortable " heat " in my stomach/

upper ab area. Not a burning like with ulcer. Not red-hot poker feeling. But

like a blow dryer heat inside. For the longest I summed it up to Hot Flashes.

But a friend said it didn't sound right for hot flashes. It's not like my skin

is warm or flushed. Just my mid section, hot INSIDE! It is up there with the

most uncomfortable of symptoms I experience. I can't call it painful cause it's

not a pain. Wierd and nasty-bad! It happens quick and I want to move, laydown,

escape ! Almost like I'm gonna faint from it. Then it will go away.

Gals, IS THIS a type of hot flash?? I didn't have any hot flashes for a year

or longer, till just last coupla months. ( FYI: really, cigs make hot flashes

much worse-when i wasnt smoking they subsided... now that im smoking again they

are back )But " this whatever " was never gone. Always popping up!

Maybe I'm crazy; wonder if it is some kind of liver inflamation ?? I know

that was a lame description; that's why I've never tried to tell a dr- gonna say

he needs a wee bit more info...

Any ideas???
