Guest guest
Hi everybody I have been trying an experiment on myself for the last few days. I have been eating more sugar products, and measuring my Fibromyalgia pain levels the following day. I just wanted to know if the two were related in me. Results: I definately experiance more Fibromyalgia pain when I eat sugar products the day after. There are 18 major points on the body that Pain-docs check for pain. [in me there are about a million.] http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/medical/IM02372 Anyways, not only did I experiance more pain in the points in the picture above from eating sugar products, but I experianced more pain overall. [Muscles, joints, headaches, feet, hands, back, etc.] - My neck is really sore, like someone karate chopped me, which fits with the above pictures pain points. - The base of my skull is on fire. - My elbows and knees hurt like hell. - Even my hair seems to hurt, or the aliens are overloading me with messages. LMAO :-) I cannot blame this pain on the weather. It has been sunny and warm here in Kansas for a week. No rain. Not only have I had more pain, but I have experianced some other issues too. - Constipation - Brain fog - Kidney pain - Stomach bloating - General weakness - Depression *** These things may or may not be caused by the increase in sugar, or may be related to HCV, or some other cause. There are also articles warning about sweeteners and HCV. http://health.dir./group/ /links/HEP_C_DIET_INFO_001245398019/SUGAR_001255901402/ http://www.liversupport.com/wordpress/2010/04/keeping-food-sweet-with-liver-disease/ http://www.usatoday.com/news/health/2010-03-02-sugarwars02_ST_N.htm http://search./search?ei=utf-8 & fr=slv8-tyc7 & p=hepatitis%20and%20sweeteners & type= Anyways - thought I would run this topic by everybody and see what you all think. love don in ks
