It goes up and down according to what is in your body at the time. The biopsy is the only way to know for sure or sure sign could also be jaundice. The body showing up with all the arthritis and fibro and numerous other problems all at once then they start thinking the body is attacking itself all at once and they look at that as the pt to look back 30 years from there. It is still always a guessing game. It really doesn't matter as long as we get the tx we need.
