Hi Jane

I really meant what I said.

At times, I too, need someone to twist my head around so can I move forwards again.

I really need and appreciate that.

I dont blame the doctors for their findings, and opinions.

They are very good doctors, and can only go so far with what they know.

Your doctor who 'dropped the ball' I cannot comment on, but my doctors I really like and trust.

Between what their finding were, and what folks here have been telling me, I was able to look at myself and my diet better.

When the doc doesnt find anything wrong, perhaps lifestyle is the cause.

Thats where my head went, and now I think I may be finding some answers.

At the time, I was feeling sick, and a little bit scared.

When a person is ill, they dont think quite right or clear.

I am eating again, eating better, and feeling better too.

The combo of garbage in, and stopping eating altogether made everything happen all at once.

Then my brain went KA-POW.

LOL :-)

So everything is cool.

Don, I didn't mean to imply you needed any type of attitude adjustment, I am definitely the one that needed that. I was ready to climb in a hole and cover myself up, I was so scared. It was only when I started telling myself that my life was worth something and I wasn't going to be defeated by the dragon that was controlling me, that is when I started my fight back. The pain that we all suffer is horrific, the body pain, the pain of losing friends and family that we all thought would be there no matter what. You know your body and you know when something is wrong and doctors can overlook some things and even be wrong sometimes. It took 18 months and me switching doctors 2 times before I was diagnosed and even after that it has taken months before I started TX only because my doctor admitted he dropped the ball on my care. Who knows maybe 2 years ago my liver and spleen may not have been in the shape it is now. My point is the

pain and swelling you are experiencing is real, don't give up and don't except less than you deserve an answer. If I had a dollar for everytime I have been told my pain wasn't real or the swelling was just in my head I would be a very rich woman right now and wouldn't have to worry about whether or not I'm going to be able to continue to work. Lol
