Guest guest
This is why the telaprevir was so important to us relapsers and non-responders!!!Gloria Retreatment with peginterferon plus ribavirin in chronic hepatitis C patients: our own experiences Abstract Retreatment with peginterferon plus ribavirin was initiated in 26 patients with hepatitis C virus genotype 1b infection (17 relapsers after the first course of therapy, 9 non-responders) . So far, retreatment has beem completed in 19 patients, one patient achieved a sustained virologic response, and 3 patients were relapsers. Therapy was discontinued in 14 patients (9 non-responders) because of a lack of a treatment response, and in 1 patient due to adverse effects. Retreatment is a new chance for patients with chronic hepatitis C infection. However successful outcome is rare especially in non-responders. Guest guest
Hi Gloria This is what Ive been saying and posting about for the last few months. The Protease Inhibitors may save many lives. It may not work for everyone, but its the best thing to come along since the Riba in 2001. Its worth a shot for newbies and non-responders alike to give 3D TX a shot, I think. Im hoping my heart-doc will clear me for something so that I can get this Dragon off my back too. love don in ks From: Gloria <gadamscan@...>Subject: Re: [ ] Retreatment with peginterferon plus ribavirin in chronic hepatitis C patients: our own experiences Date: Thursday, May 27, 2010, 8:49 PM This is why the telaprevir was so important to us relapsers and non-responders!!!Gloria Retreatment with peginterferon plus ribavirin in chronic hepatitis C patients: our own experiences Abstract Retreatment with peginterferon plus ribavirin was initiated in 26 patients with hepatitis C virus genotype 1b infection (17 relapsers after the first course of therapy, 9 non-responders) .
