Guest guest
Hi Randy and everybody First let me say that we must be careful cross posting between different groups. Its an easy enough mistake to make using multiple addresses, but frowns on this. What is posted in one group is the exclusive property of that group. local/guidelines.html See rules #7 and #11. Now to move on to the point of Viral Load Fluctuations having importance. Please click on these links for some answers. http://janis7hepc.com/Viral_Loads.htm http://health.dir./group/ /links/008___VIRAL_LOAD_001257019742/ According to all I have heard and read, Viral Loads go up and down constantly, depending on many factors. Meds, food, sleep, wellness, exercise, etc. They are an indicator only of how many free Virus copys are floating about in the bloodstream at any given point in time. They do not indicate liver damage, disease progression, length of infection, or prognosis. I think it was PS Pam who told me that you can have two viral load blood tests, one right after the other, and the numbers will differ. They really only come into importance during, and post treatment, to show SVR stats. This is my understanding anyways. love don in ks
