I am not on here but once or twice a week so I am alittle behind on emails.

Hope you had a good 4th.

I was in bed trying not to pass out, this shot was difficult for me.

I wish I could get a massage but they do not allow that on the job - unless I am

interviewing someone. That does not happen often enough.

I could not work the hours you do, the night shift really messes me up.

I am going to ask the dr about b 12 shots when I see him, maybe that will help

more. I am anemic but it is not enough for the study to give me anything. Damn

rules.

Anyway got to run to the dr.

get called in early or stay later which happens a lot. I work Mon Tue and Wed

nights. So will be taking my shot on Thurs mornings right before bed. Then sleep

though the worst. I will be so tired from work that might help me sleep through

most of it.

get through this though. Wow a spa. Hey you can just duck into one of those

rooms and cover your face up and one of your workers can just work on you and

make you feel better. Give you a massage and help you whenever your headaches

hurt.

use to. When the girls come in at 7am they are sometimes shocked at how active I

am and I can still run circles around some of them and I am 52now. These are

like in their late 20s. Arthritis and all.
