That's my only BAD VICE , Hell I don't even go in the sun because of the porphyria that developed last tx, I get spray tans if I want to look tan.I know for me smoking is worse that getting off the drugs. obtw I cook all my fishin a way the kids think it's chicken, pam [ ] my diet plan Hi everybody I want to tell everyone what I eat. LOL I rarely eat beef, but I do occasionally have a Macs Big Mac. Mostly I eat chicken and tuna fish. I eat a lot of canned fruits, [apple sauce, peaches, pears, oranges, pineapple] I eat canned beans, and corn. I make frozen veggies, and have frozen whole fruits. I like crackers and avacado and cheese. I eat fresh bananas. I eat a blueberry yogurt w/fruit everyday. I eat rice. I do occasionally eat frozen sandwich ham or turkey. I will eat puddings, and sometimes some cake. I drink water or Hawaiian punch. Ive given up eating breads, and most dairy. I dont eat fried foods, or organ meats, and rarely beef. I dont use much sugar, salt, or spices. I dont drink teas, coffee, or sodas. I never eat in resturants. I never eat candy. I know this diet isnt great, but I live alone, and storage for fresh foods is limited. I cant walk/stand good so dont go shopping often, and standing fixing food is a major ordeal. When I do go, I buy caselots of stuff. Ive got stacks in my kitchen of cases of foods. To round out my poor diet, I try to take vitamins, and supliments. I also take sups for my liver. Omega, Gluth, ALA, Milk Thistle, etc. I listen to my body, and try to eat what my body calls for each day. Ive been eating this way for a long time, and dont feel much in the way of ill effects. Rice bloats me, Macs kinda gives me the poops, but other wise my guts are pretty normal. I dont have much pressure in my gut very often. When I do get off track, usually my guts or BM's will tell me. I really wish I lived with another hepper, or had a lady to help me eat better. But, we all gotta do what we all gotta do. I do try to be aware of improving my diet, but the changes are slow. love don in ks [YUM - chocolate cake. LMAO]
