Many people dont know what is missing, so they eat sugar products instead. Sugar fills you up, and fools the body/brain with the 'dopamine effect'. Sugar is a DRUG, and is ADDICTIVE. If you find that you eat lots of sugar products, perhaps you need to review your diet. Its pretty simple to do. Sit down and list the good foods that you do eat, and that you do not eat. Then study some basic diet requirements, or just use good 'ol common sence. You should be able to figure out from these 'lists', what you need to do to change your diet for the better. Experiment with your diet. Instead of grabbing a candy bar, grab some 'real foods'. Talk to people about diet. Ask your doctor. Read about diet.
