Each day that you dont, you will get weaker, have worse headaches, and it could lead to some serious health stuff. Malnutriction is not a joke. Go eat a hamburger and see how you feel. Am going to check BP at Walgreens. I have had a terrific headache for about 30 hrs now.. Kinda like caffiene withdrawal( but not ) . Yesterday and feels like today may be same, I feel so weak...my head is actually too difficut to hold up, but I can't keep my arm up to rest my head on. Not like when the fatigue sets in tho. Don't know if it is from low BP or the protein dificiency. GP doc did tell me something about build up of lactic acids in muscles, but don't remember what that was about. When I walk the dogs yesterday, legs felt like I had run miles even on my much- shortened walk. I priced whey protein sups... Whoa! And still looking for one that is unflavored so I can mix with yogurt and stuff. But with these prices will have to wait. I do know that when I really work at it, I still only get about 15-20 grams of protein a day, on a good day. Most days about 10 grams. I honestly don't know howanybody reaches the MDR of protein in their regular diet! Damn, even holding this iPhone is difficult.. just weak. Gotta go to bank & walgreens.
