Lindsey,Kind of a funny aside, a catch-22 I found in treatment.My Gastro Girls told me over and over how important water was during treatment, and they were absolutely right.We all know how important sleep is to healing and recharging, and on treatment some folks like myself experienced insomnia from the riba.That being said, one of my nurses told me if I didn't get up at least once a night to pee I wasn't drinking enough water. But when I was battling insomnia, on a sleeping pill stumbling to the bathroom to pee in the middle of the night I wondered about the dilemma I was in.The good news is it all worked out! Sounds like is doing good, and it's encouraging especially for those awaiting treatment to hear it's possible to breeze through. Sometimes, even here, we focus on the challenge and forget that it's temporary. It seems, though, that when we get too serious somebody just can't stand it anymore and starts cutting up about aliens or hair or sports and we all get a good laugh to reset the mood meter.SteveLife is much more fun when thought of as a scavenger hunt as opposed to a surprise party.
