Guest guest
Just wanted to share ... and tell off on myself. Today after I had been up and very busy for about five or six hours, I thought I should probably eat some lunch ( too late to call it breakfast!). So I poured half a can of Cambells Select Soup ( I pour off most of liquid, so I only have the goody left!) into a bowl and placed it in microwave. I set the timer etc. Tonight about 9 hours later, I went to place a veggie in microwave to heat for supper and Behold! There was the bowl of soup ! I really thought I had eaten lunch . I have very little, to no appetite. I just know that at sometime each afternoon I need to eat. I really should eat a couple of times but I would settle for remembering to get the soup OUT of micro and actually eating lunch! I was actually upset about forgetting to eat.its so stupid that I can't focus on something for the three minuites it takes for micro to DING! Surprised my sugar didn't drop or that I didn't get shakey.. Actually I went to driving range and hit golf balls for an hour instead of dinner... Had a late supper with Hubby, that's when I discovered the soup! Quess I need to set alarm clocks around the place to remind me to eat. And then another one to remind me to double check if I ate. Talk about brain fog!! http://facebook.com/people/andTrudy-Kinsey/1340460877 " " A well- behaved woman never made history " ...Mae West http://oktravels.wordpress.com http://allrecipes.com/cook/TrudyK/profile.aspx
