This sounds very cool.

The housing market is not in great shape.

Maybe he is wising up, and realizing that he has a chance to sell now.

If he refuses to sell to you all, he may have to sit on that house for years.

Maybe he will drop the price some if you all push it.

Im doing hoky poky here, and mixing up a batch of fish toes and chikin lips.

Hey, guys/gals, this may seem like a trivial thing to ask for your prayers & well-wishes for , but I really Need this to work out, for my mental, physical and spiritual health...the fella we were negotiating on that picture-perfect little country house called us back today. He ask about my health and then said he was thinking we are the ones that should be in that house. It's been three weeks and we thought it was a lost cause. I still don't know if we will reach an agreement on it this time. Didn't really get into the details yet. Last time it caused me such stress ; I am stll smoking pack & half a day! But besides wanting it, I NEED that little house in the country to call home, even when we have to travel away for months, just to know Home is waiting for us. Cross your fingers, light a candle, do some gobbledy-gook, think positive thoughts. But, shhh, scared to jinx it......
