is the Director of Policy for the Harm Reduction Coalition. His advocacy work focuses on viral hepatitis, syringe access, HIV, and other drug user health issues. He works with a broad range of local, state, and national coalitions and advocacy groups, and serves on the steering committee of the National Viral Hepatitis Roundtable.
