I was looking for the Consumer Report study of 10 brands of Milk Thistle, but I cannot find it yet.

Basically it says that there are various amounts of MT in each brand, but all contain enough to help.

I take the 'NOW' brand from Dollar General stores - [300mg x one per day.]

I also have on hand the 'Rexall' brand [1000mg], and the 'Natural Wellness' brand [360mg].

Milk Thistle is one of the oldest liver aids, used for thousands of years.

Since there is no FDA approval, at least I have not heard of one. Why type of regulatory procedures are there so people are not buying placebo's.Can someone, anyone all of you great folks.
