Guest guest
Hi Don, the things I have done: bought a digital postal scale that reads pounds and ounces or tenths of a poundand began eating less and weighing myself daily.I've lost ten pounds since April. I began taking many of the herbs and supplements mentioned on this list.I bought a silver puppy to make my own colloidal silverI bought a distiller to make my own distilled water which I now use exclusively and it tastes so good to me that I'm drinking a lot more water than ever before.I got a juicer from freecycle and we have juice for breakfast every day. We addapple cider vinegar and olive oil to the juice along with garlic and ginger, lecithin, psyllium, and protein powder.I'm eating much more garlic than before and cumin, cayenne, cinnamon, and licorice.I quit alcohol and started getting more exercise mainly walking the dogs.I bought the HCV meditation CD on amazon and listen to at least one session of it dailybeing sure to get enough sleep.I don't allow myself to get stressed over anything including internet arguments.I quit taking Zetia the cholesterol drug the VA had me on. I've begun eating more fish than previously along with taking fish oil supplement.I'm eating more nuts too. ‹(•¿•)› Ress Felton, CAlaw of abundancevisualize health only good lies before me From: Christ <ludichrist2000@...>Subject: Re: [ ] very low viral load. Guest guest
Hi Don, Everytime I think of you my thought is you must quit smoking now, immediately, not cut back and taper off to quit later. You must quit now. Have a council meeting. To that meeting invite the part of yourself that wants to do the right thing to heal your body. Invite the part of yourself that has other priorities and doesn't have the long view. Invite your liver to the council meeting. Invite any healing symbols and allies to the council meeting. In council discuss what needs to be done for the long view, the healing plan. See things from the point of view of your liver. Ask your liver how it feels about every act your body does and factor that into your actions. Love your body, it is the home to your spirit. Thank if for all things it does right, take care of it, trust your higher instincts. Focus on your breathing, make every inhalation an intake of healing energy and every exhalation a discharge of waste and toxins. Forgive yourself, forget the past, look at the now. love,‹(•¿•)› Ress Felton, CAlaw of abundancevisualize health only good lies before me From: Christ <ludichrist2000@...>Subject: Re: [ ] very low viral load.
