Hi Buddy

I have had really good results using Kefir and Now inulin. Kefir is similar

to yoghurt but a lot more potent. It is very easy and cheap to make using

grains which you can buy online. I have the whole family on it now!

Here is some info

http://www.newmediaexplorer.org/chris/2007/05/01/how_to_use_probiotics_kefir.htm

If you have any questions just ask

Hi ,

I read the article. Thanks for the link. I'd like to make my own Kefir but I

did not see a recipe.

Do you have one? Do you know if I can buy the grains at Whole Foods Market?

Thank you,

Judi

Hi Buddy; a lot of people are going along with this protocol:

candidiasis/message/53369

Many have enthusiastic reports, usually in just a short while, too :)

Hi, Terry. Unfortunately the group owner has abandoned the group and

does not reply to any messages so we're on our own. There is only one

official moderator [ira Fine] and I serve as assistant moderator. Ira

carries most of the load and I don't think we should burden him any more

than we have to. What Ira can do is limited to whatever the group owner

had set up before he disappeared. The idea of not posting dozens of

pages of garbage unnecessary for clarity in an email reply is standard

good etiquette [netiquette] on all groups AFAIK.

I use Seamonkey browser. I highlight the entire message less the header

[the header inserts quite a bit of garbage] and copy it to the

clipboard, then I hit " reply to group " . Once my " compose " screen comes

up I paste the copied message and at that point delete the excess

baggage. Exceptions to that would be if I intend to reply to specific

parts of the original post at intervals within the post.

Each browser may be a little different, but I think the way given above

will work for most if not all browsers and we could avoid 12 or 20 or

100 pages of garbage to wade through on some messages.

Regards,

Terry, you might want to try hitting forward first, then you can alter whatever

you want and delete

as much as you want by highlighting what you want deleted and then press enter.

That should eliminate the problem.

A regular on this list at the time [steve] started an alternative list

last year [or earlier] for that exact reason. I think about 6 of the

2600 here started copying our messages there and encouraged the use of

that list. There really weren't a significant number of takers.
