I'm an old hippie and got hepc either in the Army in 1963 or just after I got out 2 years later or less. I have seniorty on most hep c with about 41 years. I don't drink and very carefull of what I eat. I got on the liver diet and lost around 45 pounds and had to get off it or fill my pockets with rocks. I still don't know if I want to try the poison for it of try to out live it. I know what the fatigue is like. I do some work every day and when I finish building my home start an exercise program. I plan to hike, lift weights, drink lots of lemon water, no sugar or the sub for sugar, no red meat or cow milk or cheese my goats would hate me for that, deep breathing exercise and a shot glass full of herbs and vitimens. I had gaull stones but no problem for the last 5 years I'm sure that is from a good diet. I have even considered changing my ph from acid to

alkaline and have read that cancer won't grow in an alkaline body just an acid body and to change that is a real hard diet. Charley

Hi,

Exactly what was your liver diet? I need to get on a regime and stay on it.

Thanks,
