Guest guest
Oh, who would have thought sneezing could cause such pain? Even careful moves like " WALKING " or just standing upright throws you into agony. I don't want to wish this pain on anyone, but I'd like for a dr to know what it feels like to be trapped in a body that has forsaken you and punishes you. Yesterday, I walked outside with my husband (and my cane), stooped down very slightly to smell my lilac bush and ZAP, get me back to the couch NOW NOW NOW, where's my heating pad? where's my ice pack. Oh what have I done, this is what I get for smelling the " roses " (lilacs!) Thank you for listening, I understand...sometimes there's even an invisible crack you can stumble on that sends you reeling. (esp. if you're clumsy like me!) > > How do you do....my name is ... > > I totally understand what you say about watching how you move. I have to watch the way I walk outside. A 1/4 crack in the sidewalk can ruin my whole day. If I turn my neck too fast, I set off my spondylitis. Normal household chores put me out for days. > > > >
