Guest guest
Hi, anyone out there have any particular exercises that were beneficial?? I have slipped L4-5 and L3-4 not looking too good either. Having second epidural cortisone shot shortly. Have tried various exercises but not sure if I am doing more harm than good, so any recommendations would be great. thanks Barbs

I don't know if you're doing more harm than good, and I don't think any of us would know. Even a trained PT couldn't advise based on your post. You need someone who can look over your diagnostic tests and your medical history, and prescribe a plan of exercises for you, personally. Good luck to you! http://thebacklog.blogspot.com/
Guest guest
I can simply agree with with this helps you (Barbs) realize that disc can slip harms everone differently. I was on McKenzie routine for a week it made me 20 times worst...... Am just doing brisk walks now but would really like to feel I could do something more to help myself get better but guess its better not to risk making things worse. Thanks for your replies. My DH just sits and laughs at my attempts. It looks like the Big Red Ball That Ate . I have a wall diagram with exercises that came with it that I should follow more closely. http://thebacklog.blogspot.com/
