Went to my first Physical therapy

Hi everyone went to my 1st PT today its only taken them 3 months to

get me scheduled. I've had every test known to man and " THERE's

NOTHING WRONG THAT WE SEE " 3 dr's have said this. I was w/ the PT

for 5mins (5) he pushes on this spot on my left rear (cheek) and i

screamed a little. he has me roll over on my back and says the first

thing we must fix is my hip is out of alignment. He manipulated it

and the scream that came out of me brought people running. He told

the 2 dr.s that were sending me back to work tomorrow that I would not

be returning to work for at least 6 weeks. My shoulder is out and my

neck is out. My sciatic nerve is being squished by all the muscles

tightened up around it. This is causing the stinging when i walk. 3

drs who didn't have the time to check anything it took a PT to see it

and fix it. Absolutely unbelievable. I feel like I've been hit by a

truck right now I have muscles aching that i didn't know I had. but

he said I will and it will take time to get them all to relax and work
