Guest guest
Babies do NOT get spine deformaties from laying in one position they may gat a bit of a flat head but no big lumps or spine trouble. Change doctors if you haven't already. Janice 3 mo old grandson's problems He was fine at birth. His 20-year-old mother took him to the doctor when his head went completely flat. It's not flat though, if it was before. He has a huge bump on his head almost like a half of a head was added to the back of the head and it goes kind of sideways. Now his spine is deformed and he can't open his hands. She and my son, 18 yrs old, took him to the pediatrician who said it was the cause of laying him in one position too long. I've never heard of spinal problems and a deformed head because of this. When my youngest daughter wouldn't move much when she was little and always seemed in pain. It turned out she has spina bifida OCCULTA, a slip disk, and mild scoliosis, TMJ, three learning disorders, tongue tied, polycystic ovarian disease, and other problems. Her brother is mild scoliosis, learning problems, and had heart problems and had to have a procedure. All of my children have knee and feet problems. The grandbaby is going to St. Luke's Rehabilitation now, but hasn't seen a neurologist or spine specialist. I suggested the kids take him but they say the doc and St. Luke's knows what they are doing. I've also been concerned because she throws their cat across the room all the time. I told her that she was abusing the cat and that animal abusers sometimes abuse children. I really hope this isn't the case though. Any suggestions. Since I told them about the cat and people who abuse animals can abuse children, they won't let me see my grandson. Any suggestions about anything. I'm wondering if I should just move far away so I don't have to watch things go on. She said I can't see the baby ever again. My son hasn't said that. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ No virus found in this incoming message. Guest guest
Can you call me and tell me how you know this? I'm so worried about my grandson. They won't take him to a specialist. Call anytime. I won't be on the Web until Thursday probably.  Charlene A. Willoughby E-mail: adanaturkey8385@... Guest guest
Janice, I did get ahold of the rehab place my grandson is going to. They were allowed to tell me that my grandson has Torticollis, but this doesn't explain the clinched fists and spinal disorder I don't see according to what I've read.  Charlene A. Guest guest
I am AMAZED that you received that much information about your grandson. The place is now liable to be sued because of HIPPA. They are not suppose to release any information to anyone that a parent does not specify can receive the information. > > Janice, I did get ahold of the rehab place my grandson is going to. Guest guest
I am not asking for critisism for myself or St. Lukes, but I am asking what you think of the spinal problem and the clinched fists, if you don't mind.  Charlene A.
