Sleep/Disability

Once again here I am, it's 4 something in the morning and I'm awake. I

probably got 3-4 hrs sleep. My pain meds wore off and here I am!! SS

Disability thinks I should be ready to go and start a work day!! I have

been at this for over 5yrs, pain,sleep and other issues. I worked full

time till 4-07. I guess I get no points for trying my ass off, to work

that is, I'm a very tired man. Sorry to all about my prior post, I do

have a lawyer, just ashamed I did it and trying to fire them, that's

why I can't afford another. I made a HUGE mistake gettin Binder &

Binder. You know the ones that advertise the punk with the suit and

cowboy hat! What a joke, the don't return calls and do NOTHING for me!

I'n fact got turned down 1st time cause lawyer (Binder) didn't respond

to SS in time! I've got the denial letter that says that very thing! If

I had energy I would love to try and sue them! HA what a joke a guy in

pain, no money, suing a huge national law firm! Yeah that would work.

What a life!

Can you report the case to your state bar association. That would

rock there world.

I just ran through a list of responsible state offices here in

Louisiana . Your state Attorney General Office seems to be a good

place to start according to the research I have been doing about this

matter this morning as well as your State Bar association.

Generally speaking it never hurts to involve you State,local and

congresmen.

I am levid about this situation your going through, and the really

scary thing about this matter is there are so many people facing this

same situation.

Have you joined the group named Disinissues ? This group deals

with cases of disabilities and SSID matters. offers a number

of groups dealing with matters like this. If you have trouble

locating this group just let me know and I can help you in this arena

also.

If I understand you correctly you live in the state of Iowa is this

correct? Also what county do you reside in? If you can confirm this

for me I would be honored to do some additional research for you to

verify the rue's you can follow.

Hey Bill,

At least they did not drop your case because you asked them to help

you find a doctor! That's what they did to me! Did not even have the

nerve to tell me personally! I found out when SS called to schedule

my hearing! GO FIGURE! They are a bunch of quacks for sure! I'm sorry

that you got caught up in their story line!
