Terry, I'm with ya! My next door neighbor is my sister, she has 2 skipperkeys

(dogs I guess) they bark CONSTANTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Invisable fence and all.

They have barked at 3AM I have asked her to shut them up for years!!!!!!!!! I'm

selling my house money probs and all. I had 2 realtors ask if those dogs bark

like that all the time? I consulted an attny months ago and asked about the

barking. He said that if I didn't diclose a public nusance like those dogs, if I

sell my house the new buyer could sue me for not disclosing!!!!!!!!!!!!! I told

my sister that if my house doesn't sell soon (the dogs have hampered the sale)

That I would have no recourse other than to sue her! How's that for a loving

sister who knows my med condition and I have asked her NICE for yrs 2 do

something. She knows I HAVE to sell and it takes a threat of a lwsuit to get

some movement. Now they hate me? I'm the bad guy here? Oh well easy to kick when

your down! Ain't life grand!!

Oh yeah it's 5:50 in the morn I watched the clock ALL night I slept 0hrs. I'm

gunna collapse.

Bill :(

Sitting here around three a.m, hurting, guess I'm preaching to the

chior though, huh? Wanting desperately to take TWO pain pills

instead of one so I can sleep but...running out at the end of the

month is a nightmare.

Had a weird long hard day. My mother lives an hours drive away and I

have not seen her in two months so today it was now or never. My dad

recently had a stroke and he's home now and my granddaughter kind of

shamed me into going so off we went in a beat up barely running

peice of junk car.

No air conditioning in this car I might add. Louisianna, where my

Mom lives has be be at least 90 degrees.

I get to Mom and she starts in on me about her nieghbors and a

pitbull that is terrorizing her and....this sweet little christain

lady asks me to in her words, " Handle it. " ...I'm floored. My brother

lives next door to her but she picks me, I'm all of 90 pounds, can't

run, can't shoot very well ( although I do carry a pistol on trips)

and I certainly can't climb the four foot fence she motions to. But

this is my Mom so I holster up, grab a baseballbat and out the door

I go, thinking, this is so stupid. I'm praying, " Dear Lord, please

don't let that dog or her nieghbors be outside. " The nighbors were

gone, Thank God but the dumb dog was there and the stupid dog kept

sticking his head through the fence into my moms yard, growling at

me. So it became a game of try to hit the pit in the head, I'd

swing, he'd dodge. Finally he and I got wore out and Thank heavens

niether of us were hurt. About this time the therapist for my dad

showed up, I went back inside half dead, covered with stickers from

the vines off the fence and limbs stuck in my hair, took off the

gun, put the bat down and my mom just matter of factly told this

therapist, " Oh, this is my daughter, she's a nurse and was tring to

kill the dog next door. " From there the day was o.k. Mom who is her

70s forgot about the dog I guess. The therapist although will never

come back.

Now my back is killing me. Swinging a baseball bat at a pitbull

takes alot out of some one with back problems. I honestly really did

not try to hit him, but if my mother had looked out the window I

wanted her to see me make the effort. The police have been out to my

mom's house a hundred times but they won't do anything about the

dog, niether will animal control. But my brother is just gona have

to handle this one.

Goodnight yall, and Bill glad to have read your making a little bit

more progress with your disability. The offer still stands. I can't

do much but I can write letters and raise cain.

Dear Bill,

The offending mutt does keep my Mom, brother and father, who is recovering

from a stoke awake all night long also. The poor dog in it's defense is wound up

in it's chaon (when it's on one). When I'm awale at night, lying there praying

for God to take me on cause I can't seem the point in living like this every

little nod off is a wonder thing. A constantly barking dog, loud music or

dripping faucet makes me phyco, well more phyco,

Bill how goes the fight with the state?
