Guest guest
Hi Donna, In my opinion, in conjunction with the spinal and sarcodes and sports therapies programs, the use of static magnets over the mentioned vertebra, area of pain in the arm and carpal spots on the wrists in conjunction with a range of stretches every half an hour or forty five minutes (only five minutes of stretching would be needed initially) would greatly reduce the discomfort and help to minimise further stress on the situation. Hope this helps. Kind Regards herniated disk Hi all, This is my first time using this. Any help you can give me would be appreciated. My son has a herniated disc between C2 and C3, C3 and C4, and C6 and C7. He works for a phone company on the phone and computer all day long and the repetitive hand motions started his injury. He is 31 and while working out at the gym 2 years ago he pulled something in his right arm. He was out on disability leave for many months. He had various kinds of treatments, some helped and some didn't. He has been back to work for a while and now the pain is getting worse. The doctors want to give him a cortisol shot. Which therapies would be most beneficial? Thank you in advance, Donna Pennell .............................................

I had a MRI about 6 weeks ago the results are: Several levels of disk disiccation appreciated with annular disk bulding noted at L2-3 and posterior disk herniations seen at L3-4 and L4-5. Severe spinal canal stenosis at L3-4 and modeate spinal canal stenosis appreciated at L4-5. Bilateral foraminal narrowing at L3-4 and L4-5. I have been refered to an Ortho doctor whom I have not heard back from yet. I am limited on my use of pain meds being allergic to Ibupropin and Naproxin. Even aspirin has some effect. (I break out in small skin blisters that has the appearence of chicken pox) Any sugestions on how to get som relief? I have been monitering this site and there is a host of information.
