Guest guest
I don't know if it would help in your specific case, but there are continuous passive motion (CPM) machines that may help. After knee surgery they often use the CPM machine, I've seen it used in home care. When I was working with spinal cord injured veterans years ago, there was one fellow who's family owned a gym and they set him up to use CPM machines. His muscles were in very good shape, and he said that his motivation was to be in good shape when they got around to finding a cure for paralysis. There are doctors that specialize in rehab, physiatrists. Maybe a consult with one could give you some ideas, and you could ask about CPM. Barb << Radha, I'm so sorry to hear about your situation. Guest guest
Since I can't exercise or walk. Does anyone have any ideas for passive exercise that can get your heart rate up and help you to lose weight as a benefit?
