Guest guest
With my THR in 2004 I had an epidural which I highly recommend. After the surgery and the next day I had virtually no pain and thereafter even refused any pain medication. I had the anterior approach done which left a mere four inch scar. I was back to my office job in two weeks (with a cane).
Guest guest
Thanks Phyl...I'm leaning toward the spinal...all the arguments seem to lean that way, and I know that there are possible complications with both. I'll know for sure minutes before surgery, so I'll get back with the results when I have a mind back. Lisel
Guest guest
Hi Everyone, Happy Sunday. I hope you are having a pain free day. I have a question for all of you. Does anyone know if its possible to obtain a spinal headache 5 weeks after a spinal fusion? I know 5 weeks is a long time, but I have had a " migraine " for going on 8 days now. I got fluids and two shots of morphine last Thursday, but I still have this headache. I am trying to look for another cause of the headache. I would be grateful for any advice or knowledge. Have a great day! April -- Email2me.... The email service that cares. It is FREE. http://www.email2me.com
