Guest guest
Thanks all for your comments. I did a very strict one month diet without grains or dairy (except ghee). This was a lowish protein diet too. 1-2 eggs, 1 oz raw liver and a small handful of soaked nuts per day. The rest vegetables, broth and fat. No improvement in first 4 weeks, then slight improvement in week 6, when I had re-introduced fermented dairy (kefir) for two weeks already. Not sure if this was long enough, but I don't seem to make a dairy connection with my issues. I do try to not overdo quantities, except butter/ghee. Although I am strictly gluten free for over a year, gluten contamination could be an issue as my household is not totally gluten free. Thanks all for your help, >First, to Joan's comment: if you aren't dairy free, try that first. Dairy >bothers a lot of people.
