Pardon my elementary question, but I'm new to this and sometimes it's overwhelming to know where to even start looking for answers at the beginning! I was wondering the best place to find info. on water kefir? Also, I've heard kombucha can be damaging to one's teeth enamel and that one has to be careful drinking it.
