Ginger is the most used nutrient for the chinese medicine and about 70% of medicines containes ginger. Ginger has several outstanding nutrients in it and the gingeron is said nutrient to maintain and improve basal metabolism. I frequently use ginger as being grated,but gingeron is created when it is sun dried and wilted. Well it is not the wilted ginger forgotten in the refregerator,I see. Gingeron is a spice element of ginger and said to improve basal metabolism,which I think to warm body temperature and help body fat burn easily. To make gingeron rich ginger,simply slice gingers 1cm. And lay on a pan and leave under the sun top and bottom flipped occationally. For 2,3 days when it is well dried,store in a jar. This canbe used as ginger ale addition,additive to amazake or miso soup,,,anything. I hope it will warm up body temperature and blood to circulate well.
