Guest guest
Hi all! I'm new to this group. I've just started to make water kefir. It went fine the first week or so, but now I have a problem. After 48 hours of fermentation, I remove the grains and place the kefir liquid in a glass container in the fridge. It seems to starts out fine, but soon the liquid gets kind of slimy, insead of the fresh nice liqud I used to get. Anybody who can tell me why, and how to fix it. Suggestions really appreciated. .
